INGREDIENTS
- ½ watermelon, chopped
- 500 ml (2 cups) watermelon juice
- 60 ml (¼ cup) vodka or more to taste
INSTRUCTIONS

Blend the watermelon until smooth, then pour through a sieve into a measuring jug to make 500 ml (2 cups). Stir in the vodka.

Pour into 30 ml shot glasses and place in the freezer. Just as the ices are beginning to set, after about 1½ hours, place the lolly sticks in the glasses.

Allow to freeze for a few hours until completely set.

Remove from the freezer and give the sticks a good turn – the ices should slip out easily. Serve in an ice bucket to make the ices last a little longer.
